Twitch tries to remember who shot him while Wynn berates Banks for messing up. If Twitch remembers that the chief was the one who fired, then Wynn's corrupt swamp could be exposed. But the walls are closing in. Terry Fitzgerald has contacted NSC investigators and offers them information that could take down Wynn for good. As Wynn's world collapses, an old friend calls and informs Jason about Terry.
